My Story

Hey there. I’m Leland Ford.

I live in the Atlanta, Georgia metro area.

Not that long ago, I discovered a business that has done much to brighten my financial future.

Now stay with me here. I’ll show you that this is a real business and my story is real.

But first, I want to tell you a little bit about how I got here.

I have worked for over thirty years as a manager and engineer in the high-tech electronics industry.

When I got out of college, I went to work for a Fortune 50 computer and office products manufacturing company.

After a number of years working in that business I became dissatisfied with the big corporate environment.

Even back then I had the entrepreneurial spirit and felt the pull to venture out on my own.

I tried building an old-school multilevel marketing business, but cold calling, hotel meetings, and drawing circles began to lose its appeal when I made very little money.

In fact, I spent much more money than I made.

I then became a partner with a good friend of mine, in a successful electronics start-up business.

After we sold the business, I became a freelance software and electronic design consultant for several years.

I got married, started a family, and a steady pay check and good medical benefits became a necessity.

So for the last fourteen years I have again been working in the corporate environment.

A couple of years ago I was laid off from my job when the company I was working for was bought out by another and then dismantled.

It hit me for the first time that I might not always be able to take care of my family the way I wanted to.

It really hurt when I wanted to be able to provide for them but could not. I felt helpless.
